Miguel Carlos de Chihuahua loved Chipotle. "I love Chipotle" he would often tell people, and then a small tear would form in his eye whilst he'd reminisce about a visit to Tijuana where he stumbled across a young stranger with a moustache who seemed oddly out of place. That young stranger had taken his beloved Chipotle and infused it with the smoothest of Caesar sauces.
